Materials

  • 1 transparent glass bottle filled with filtered water
  • 1 rose quartz crystal, previously washed and charged in sunlight
  • Petals from 1 fresh white rose
  • 1 clean white cloth

Method

  1. Place the rose quartz and white rose petals inside the glass bottle of water.
  2. Cover the bottle opening with the clean white cloth and leave it in moonlight, preferably during the waxing or full moon, for one entire night.
  3. Before sunrise the next morning, bring the bottle indoors and strain the water.
  4. Use the prepared water to wash your face each morning for seven consecutive days, visualising self-confidence and personal clarity.
