Materials

  • 1 large red apple
  • 1 piece of unlined translucent paper
  • Graphite pencil
  • Pure honey
  • 1 small clean piece of rose quartz
  • Red satin ribbon

Method

  1. In pencil, write your full name on the paper, then write the full name of the person with whom you wish to restore harmony directly over your own name.
  2. Use a spoon to hollow out the top of the apple, removing the stem and core without piercing the bottom.
  3. Fold the paper four times and place it at the bottom of the hollow. Set the rose quartz on the folded paper.
  4. Fill the remaining space with honey, replace the apple's own top as a lid, and fasten it firmly with the red ribbon, tying seven knots. Leave the apple at the foot of a beautiful tree in a park or garden.
