Materials

  • 1 glass jar with a lid
  • 7 clean coins of any denomination
  • 7 popcorn kernels
  • 7 beans
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Enough honey to cover all the ingredients

Method

  1. Arrange the seven coins in a circle at the bottom of the glass jar.
  2. Put the popcorn kernels, beans, cinnamon stick and bay leaf on top of the coins.
  3. Slowly pour in enough honey to cover all the ingredients completely, visualising abundance entering your life.
  4. Seal the jar tightly and keep it at the highest point in your kitchen or living room for seven months. After this period, return the organic contents to nature and reuse the coins.
