Facing Mirrors for Personal Protection

Materials

  • 2 small round mirrors of identical size
  • Black electrical tape or strong adhesive tape
  • 1 pinch of fine sea salt

Method

  1. Clean both mirror surfaces with a dry cloth.
  2. Sprinkle a very small amount of sea salt on the reflective surface of one mirror.
  3. Press the second mirror against the first, reflective face to reflective face, so that the reflections point inward towards each other.
  4. Wrap the tape around the entire edge to fasten the mirrors securely. Keep the joined mirrors in a drawer containing your personal belongings as a shield against intrusive energies.

Salt, Coffee and Garlic Circle Against Envy

Materials

  • 1 white saucer
  • 3 tablespoons fresh coffee grounds
  • 3 tablespoons coarse salt
  • 1 unpeeled garlic clove

Method

  1. Make an outer circle of coarse salt on the saucer.
  2. Fill the centre of the circle with the coffee grounds.
  3. Set the unpeeled garlic clove in the middle of the coffee.
  4. Place the saucer discreetly in your home, for example behind a piece of furniture near the entrance. Replace all the ingredients every 30 days.
